These Terms of Service govern your purchase of and participation in the Growth Strategy Workshop (the “Workshop”). By booking and paying for the Workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Workshop is operated by Kase Dean Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 11675593. Registered office: 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, or “the Client”) and us.
The Workshop is a structured strategic consulting session lasting approximately 90 minutes. It provides high-level analysis, commercial insight and recommendations relating to your business, including but not limited to: positioning, growth considerations, marketing, sales, and offer structure.

We do not provide technical services, copywriting, or implementation work as part of the Workshop.
We do not provide legal, financial, compliance, HR, or therapeutic advice.
You must be at least 18 years of age and acting in a business capacity to purchase the Workshop.
The Workshop must be booked through our designated booking and payment process.
You are responsible for selecting a date and time for the Workshop and ensuring your availability.
You agree to complete and submit the intake form no later than 24 hours before the Workshop start time.
If the intake form is not received in time, the Workshop will still proceed, but the value delivered may be reduced due to insufficient preparatory context. This will not entitle you to any refund or partial refund.
The published Workshop price is VAT inclusive.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
No session will be confirmed or delivered without full payment.
You may cancel your booking and request a full refund, provided the request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled Workshop.
Cancellations requested within 48 hours of the scheduled Workshop are not eligible for any refund.
If you do not attend the Workshop (“no-show”), no refund will be provided.
You may request to reschedule the session once, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduling is subject to mutual availability.
We reserve the right to reschedule the Workshop if unforeseen circumstances arise.
If we must reschedule, we will offer alternative dates.
If no mutually workable time can be agreed upon, we will issue a full refund.
This is the only circumstance in which a refund may be provided within the 48-hour window.

The Workshop provides guidance, professional opinion and strategic suggestions.
We do not guarantee specific commercial results, revenue changes or client acquisition.
All business decisions remain your sole responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under the laws of England and Wales.
All frameworks, commentary, analysis, written materials, and recommendations shared during or after the Workshop remain our intellectual property.
You may use them internally within your business.
You must not distribute, publish, or share them externally or outside your organisation.
We may record the Workshop for quality and delivery purposes.
You may also receive a copy of the recording for personal internal use.
You must not publish or share the recording outside your organisation.
Both parties agree to treat business-related information shared during the Workshop as confidential. This includes commercial, operational, client-related, and strategic data.
Confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly known or independently obtained.
We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you by email.
The Terms applicable to your Workshop will be those in force at the time of your booking.
These Terms and any dispute connected with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
