One Deeper Review Each Month

Send me a draft of something important, and I will give you detailed feedback in the form of a video (15 - 30 mins). This could be an offer, a landing page, your sales notes or a plan you’re shaping.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I send my questions each month?

After joining, you’ll receive a dedicated link for submitting support requests. You’ll use this link for every question, draft or document. Please bookmark it, as support is not provided by email or any other channel.

How quickly will I get a reply?

You’ll receive a response within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Weekends and bank holidays are excluded. This keeps the service steady, predictable and fair to everyone.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. It’s a rolling monthly membership. You can cancel whenever you like. Your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle. There are no refunds.

Does this replace your strategy calls?

No. Strategy calls still exist for people who want a focused one-to-one session. Ask Kase is for ongoing support, quick clarity and steady guidance between bigger decisions.

What counts as a “deeper review”?

Each month, you can send one document for detailed feedback. It can be up to 5 pages and must be a PDF, JPEG or PNG. You’ll receive written guidance or a video of around 15 to 30 minutes.

Terms of Service: Ask Kase Monthly Support Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ask Kase monthly support service (the “Service”). By purchasing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service is operated by Kase Dean Limited is registered in England and Wales, company number 11675593. Registered office: 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, or “the Client”) and us.

2. Description of the Service

Ask Kase is a month-to-month subscription providing support and guidance on business, marketing and sales topics as described within the Service listing.

The Service includes:

  • Unlimited support requests submitted through the dedicated support link provided after purchase
  • Email responses provided within 48 hours (Monday to Friday)
  • Video response provided at my discretion and will be between 15 and 30 minutes in length
  • one monthly deep review of a submitted document up to 30 minutes (maximum 5 pages, PDF/JPEG/PNG formats only)

Examples of documents excepted for review include:

  • an offer page you want to refine
  • a draft sales email
  • website copy or a landing page section
  • your notes for an upcoming client or sales conversation
  • a simple outline of a new service
  • messaging you want to tighten
  • a short plan you want to sense-check
  • a pricing explanation you want to improve

I do not provide guidance outside the scope described in the Service listing.
This includes, but is not limited to: legal advice, financial advice, HR advice, compliance advice, mental health support or therapeutic support.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and acting in a business capacity to purchase the Service.

4. Subscription Term and Renewal

The Service operates on a rolling monthly subscription.

Your subscription will renew automatically each month unless cancelled in accordance with Section 7.

5. Fees and Payment

There are two pricing tiers:

Founding Member Rate

For eligible Clients joining before 24 November 2025: £100 per month

Standard Rate

For all Clients after 24 November 2025£300 per month

Payment is taken automatically each month on the same calendar date you originally subscribed.

If a payment attempt fails, we will retry the payment twice.

If all attempts fail, access to the Service will be terminated immediately.

6. Support Channels

All support requests must be submitted through the dedicated support link provided after purchase.

We do not accept support requests via:

  • direct email
  • voice notes
  • social media messages
  • messaging apps
  • any channel other than the support link

Support is provided Monday to Friday.

Weekends and bank holidays are excluded from the 48-hour response window.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

No notice period is required.

Your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

For example, if your cycle runs from 4 February to 3 March and you cancel on 10 February, you will retain access until 3 March.

There are no refunds under any circumstances.

8. Termination by Kase Dean Limited

I reserve the right to terminate your access immediately if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • You misuse the Service
  • Your payments fail after the permitted retry attempts

Where termination occurs due to payment failure, your access will cease immediately.

9. Document Submission Limits

As part of your monthly deep review, you may submit:

  • one document
  • maximum length: 5 pages
  • accepted formats: PDF, JPEG, PNG

Additional documents or oversized submissions will not be reviewed.

10. No Guarantee of Results

I provide support, guidance and suggestions based on my experience and expertise.

However, I do not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, revenue changes or business performance.

Your decisions and actions remain your sole responsibility.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • I am not liable for any decisions you make based on our guidance
  • I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss
  • My total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid in the previous month of the subscription

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by UK law.

12. Intellectual Property

All written responses, guidance and materials provided through the Service remain our intellectual property.
You may use them for your own business only.
You must not copy, reproduce, share or distribute them outside your business.

13. Amendments to These Terms

I may update these Terms at any time.
If I make changes, I will notify you by email.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

I may change the price for new subscribers at any time.
Founding members will retain their founding rate for as long as their subscription remains active without interruption.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
